ConcieConnect is the hospitality referral network that bridges local venues with hotel concierges. We built a marketplace where every great recommendation a concierge makes is tracked, verified, and rewarded. When a concierge sends a guest to a restaurant, bar, club, or activity, the venue sets a per-guest referral bounty. After the guest arrives and the venue scans a QR code to confirm check-in, that bounty is queued for payout to the concierge. No spreadsheets, no IOUs, no end-of-month reconciliation — just transparent, on-schedule compensation for the people who drive foot traffic to local businesses.

ConcieConnect is designed for two audiences. First, local venues — restaurants, bars, nightclubs, tour operators, and event spaces in hospitality-driven destinations — who want a steady stream of verified, high-intent guests without paying upfront marketing fees. Venues subscribe to a monthly plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), set their own bounty per person, publish specials and events, and only pay when a real guest walks through the door. Second, hotel concierges, who use our mobile-first booking tool to discover vetted venues, make one-tap reservations for their guests, and earn referral income on every verified arrival. Concierges can also refer new venues to the platform and collect referral bonuses when those venues sign up.

ConcieConnect is built by a team focused on coastal hospitality markets, starting in Puerto Vallarta and expanding worldwide. Our mission is simple: make trust the default in hospitality referrals. Every booking is backed by a QR-verified check-in and a transparent bounty ledger. Venues subscribe monthly through Stripe; concierge commissions are scheduled on a set cadence and marked paid by the platform when due.
